Refund Policy

Our flowers are of the highest quality, sourced from the best local and overseas growers. However, being a product of nature on the odd occasion they do not meet expectations.

If for you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we allow a 12 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please call us on (03) 9510 4868 if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, an attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Substitution

Flowers by Brett Matthew John will always endeavour to match the product selected from our online store. However, if the product is unavailable, an alternative flower of equal or near value will be substituted.

Please note that flowers are liable to vary in colour and availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details
(if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few
minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Sherpa within one
working day; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
